I called for a tow truck and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. The truck arrived on time and the driver, O'Neil in truck #15 was fantastic. He solved the hook-up issue, was very polite and the entire situation was seamless! Great service!

At my age I've experienced many decades of time on the road, both here locally and globally, it's very rare indeed to experience such an amazing company like Tip Top towing,incredible friendliness, immediate response to my difficult emergency situation,the unbelievable low cost, and above all the miraculous abilities of driver Dave, truck number 55,really should have been captured on film for all to see, 5 stars are just not enough for rating this fabulous company.

I just used this service today - I had Jeff L and he was super personable and professional. They were on time and VERY fair on pricing (the other guy wanted almost double their price in cash, no receipt) - their Google rating does not lie - I could not recommend this company enough! Hard to find good service at a fair price nowadays - this is an example that this does still exist. Thank You!

My sister and I were stranded on the road when my car broke down. As a CAA member, I called them to get a tow and was given a two hour wait time! We waited two hours and no one came. We called CAA back and the operator was very rude and no help at all. She said it could be another hour or more to get to us. At this point, it's late at night in a sketchy neighbourhood. We were scared and for an emergency service, they weren't there when you needed them (and pay for them to be there!). She told me to call another tow and we did.
We ended up calling Tip Top Towing and they were amazing from the start! They were kind and helpful when we called and a person came within 30 minutes of putting in a towing request! Shawn was so friendly, warm, and knowledgeable and got us out of there in no time!
I don't know what we would have done if Tip Top Towing and Shawn weren't there to save us! Thank you so much for helping us and the good work that you do!!

Chris is THEEEE GUY for all things towing. ALL THINGS. He's come to my rescue more times than I can count, whether it's on the side of highway, country roads, has towed several vehicles to and from where they needed to go. Even when he heard I was moving he helped tow all my furniture out to my new place over and hour away. He's such a down to earth guy and is there whenever you need him. (even on thanksgiving in the middle of a thunderstorm, sorry) I've never needed a CAA membership because Chris is always just one phone call away.
